Mr Wheelwright has been an enthusiastic visitor during the last two super scribbler sessions, as he really enjoys writing. He also was curious to see the creative writing beng produced as he had heard so many good things about you super scribblers! He couldn't resist having a go at his own mini sagas and managed to write some that were exactly 50 words - typical! His favourite one is below; I'm sure he'd love to hear your comments on it.
Stepping from the ship onto the cool, wet sand of home, my chest rose fully as if I was breathing for the first time in 20 years. The wars had been terrible, but it was finally over. Inhaling for the second time, I noticed a bitter taste in the air.

'Marry or Kill' by Jack
"Till death do us part." The exact words of Aunt Doreen; this was her 18th husband and her 19th release from jail! Me, all of my friends and family were sure she was going to kill him. If she didn't - well, then that's not Auntie Doreen I see getting married!
'House of the Dead' by Sam
Suddenly, I awoke not knowing where I was. Unexpectedly, I felt a freezing hand on my shoulder and I wondered who it was...I tried to move my neck but it was like whoever was holding me had taken control! Finally, it let go - I was left alone!
'Magic' by James
I felt a hot surge of anger, and without knowing what I was doing, I held out my hands. A sudden flash of red light and I looked down. The Prime Minister's body was sprawled on the ground; he wasn't moving!
Fantastic Mini Sagas
Hello again Super Scribblers!
I'm going to publish some of your fantstic mini sagas that we wrote during our last super scribblers session. You worked so hard to write mini stories in 50 words or less - I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the work produced and the creative flair you showed. I was also very pleased so see you didn't forget to use L5 punctuation or ambitious vocab! Keep up the good work!
Miss Highfield
P.S. It would be great to see some of you commenting on each other's mini sagas, if you have time.
